Yes, I live in Westdale and I’m running in Ward 1. Ward 1 is also home to a number of my closest friends and family.
When was the last time you used your library card? What is your favourite library service?
I used my library card last week to print some documents. Right now, I have three books on hold and recently enjoyed using the sound studio!
What is the library’s role in the community?
The role of the library in the community is to offer a true third space and a means to educate, empower, and connect individuals.
What is your priority issue in your ward?
Tackling homelessness, mental health challenges, open drug use, and petty crime with compassion, pausing unsustainable AI data centre developments, and listening to sidelined resident voices.
What’s the largest crisis facing Hamiltonians, and how would you fix it?
Hamilton’s $5.2 billion infrastructure deficit. We must address this debt honestly by fixing existing assets first, creating local union jobs, and maximizing returns for residents.
